Blueberry Power Smoothie

This is like a breakfast/dessert smoothie! Packed with nutrition and a variety of ingredients, but very tasty.

Blend the following together in your blender:
Frozen blueberries
1 banana
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1-2 tbsp each of the following, per your preference:
– chia seeds (or hemp seeds)
– raw cacao powder
– rolled or quick oats
– shredded coconut
– nut butter
– protein powder

Makes over 16 oz. Has 400 calories, 10g protein, 12g fiber. (Even more if you add protein powder!)
