Made with Tostitos® Scoops!®, this vegan variation of mini taco cups is irresistable!
Takes a few minutes to lay out on a cookie sheet, but then they only need to bake for less than 10 minutes at 350.
- Tostitos® Scoops!® (as many as you want/can fit on the tray(s))
- Soyrizo or vegan taco crumbles
- Daiya pepperjack cheese style shreds (or vegan cheese of your choice)
Place chips on cookie sheet, using unbroken chips. Dump a little soyrizo, cheeze, and salsa into each cup, then bake until cheeze melts and soyrizo is browned (less than 10 minutes).
