A fellow Harvard alumna has recently started Underscores Baked Goods. You can buy her products ready made or the dough ready for you to bake. Unfortunately, it’s only available in the greater Massachusetts area right now.
I tried the scone and cookie dough and it is delicious — bakes to a perfect texture hard to find in GF, vegan baking. She also provides incredible buttercream frosting or glaze icing to go with any of the cookies, cakes, etc.
All _Underscores_ products are made from organic, vegan ingredients and free of gluten, wheat, casein, eggs and other allergens.
