Oh my goodness, when I found out these were gluten free (thanks to this PETA post), I was so psyched! By far the worst part of being a gluten-free vegan is being unable to participate in the fake burgers, turkey, cold cuts, dogs, etc. (either at all or to a lesser extent than a normal vegan).
These can be microwaved or grilled and, to me, taste like a hot dog! I recommending toasting one piece of GF bread while you’re heating up the dog, then use the slice of bread as a mini hot dog bun. Eat with your favorite condiments.
You could also melt a slice of Daiya cheddar cheeze on the bread and wrap the pup to make a cheesy dog sandwich.
