I received my first box of organic produce through Boston Organics yesterday (contents above)!
The menu yielded:
Farmer’s Market Pizza: roasted pepper, onions, potatoes and tomatoes topping a based of gluten-free pizza dough and tomato sauce – AMAZING
- Roast chopped vegetables in the oven at 400. Once mostly cooked, spoon onto top of rolled-out pizza dough and tomato sauce
- Bake a little longer (choose temperature based on how crispy you want the pizza crust to be)
Pear Salad: romaine lettuce, red onion, and sliced pear (forgot to add chopped walnuts)! (I used this delicious vegan salad dressing)
Most of the fruit will be eaten alone, but more to come!
