Amazing amazing amazing! Better than it sounds.

1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup arugula
1/2 ripe pear, cored and peeled
1 quarter-size piece of fresh ginger, peeled
3 ice cubes
Optional: 1 tablespoon walnuts; a few tbsps of non-dairy yogurt or milk
Blend all and serve!
