In a continuing tradition of soaking stuff in non-dairy milk…the chia seed parfait!
Soak chia seeds in non-dairy milk overnight or for several hours (about 4 tbsp seeds to 1 cup milk). I think this is sweet enough but you could add maple syrup or other sweetener if desired. Stir when you can, including right before you eat.
You can eat this plain or add blueberries or any berries, or chunks of peaches, mango, melon, etc. Could add flax too.
(This recipe is almost raw except the milk)
