Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal

I am obsessed with oatmeal (delicious, easy to make, plus high protein and fiber) so I was thrilled to find these “dessert oatmeal” recipes on  Everyday Vegan Girl and share them with you!

  • Make oatmeal [stovetop (hardest), rice cooker, or quick oats in microwave (easiest)]
  • Stir in cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
  • Microwave peanut butter and 2 tsp of non-dairy milk for 10-15 sec or until peanut butter starts to melt. Stir it and pour over the top of the oatmeal.
  • Garnish with a handful of chocolate or carob chips and peanuts.

Optional: You could also stir peanut butter, choc/carob chips, and peanuts into the oatmeal.
