These are incredibly easy to make. Buy the mushroom caps, wipe off with a wet paper towel. Dunk in or drizzle with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown rice vinegar, teriyaki sauce, or really any thin sauce.
Put in pan and cook on both sides. Takes like 5 minutes, and the mushrooms are like $3 a pound or each.
Serving suggestions: with veggies (above), with grains (like quinoa), on a bun!
