A raw snack, which at over 400 calories per serving could be a meal! Flackers are raw, GF flax seed crackers that are high in omega 3’s, protein, fiber, and vitamins and minerals. Slice an avocado, serve together! Definitely works with the “Savory” flavor, but probably any are good! Flackers are available at Whole Foods but are not the cheapest at $5-6 per box. Store crackers in the fridge once opened.
