Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients:

1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
Olive oil
Salt to taste (Kosher or sea salt recommended)

Coat squash with olive oil and lay on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Roast at 400 for 45 minutes, turning once.
